Transforming a Dated Bathroom into a Spa-Like Escape

That was the vision for our recent bathroom renovation, where we transformed a dated and disjointed space into a clean, minimal, and spa-like oasis.

A Fresh Start: From Dated to Delightful

Before the remodel, the bathroom felt outdated, with green walls that clashed against different features in the space, making it feel disconnected. The layout was functional but lacked the comfort and cohesion our clients desired. They envisioned a calming, organic aesthetic—one that felt both timeless and luxurious.

A Warm, Modern Makeover

One of the most significant upgrades in this remodel was the vanity. The new wood vanity features sleek, flat-faced doors and drawers, emphasizing a modern yet warm design. To improve functionality, we expanded the vanity slightly to accommodate two sinks instead of one—an upgrade that enhances both convenience and elegance.

Above the sinks, we installed illuminated mirrors that offer a soft, ambient glow when turned on, providing both beauty and practicality. Lighting played a major role in this renovation, with another stunning addition being the illuminated shower cutouts. These built-in niches are not only functional but also serve as a design element that adds warmth and sophistication to the space.

Elevated Details

The clients also chose to upgrade their old tub-and-shower combo to a sleek, glass-enclosed shower. This change instantly modernized the space, creating an open and airy feel. The warm brass fixtures throughout the bathroom provide a striking contrast against the organic, monochromatic color scheme, tying everything together with a refined elegance.

With carefully curated materials, thoughtful lighting, and a serene color palette, this bathroom remodel has completely redefined the space. What was once a disjointed, outdated room is now a spa-like retreat that feels connected, calming, and effortlessly stylish.
